Where is my order? How do I track my order?

All orders take time to ship. When the order does ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam inbox for your tracking number.


How long does it take to ship?

Orders take 2-5 business days to ship. The entire shipping and delivery policy can be found here.


Why isn’t my tracking code showing an expected arrival date?

When an order is processed, packaged, and given to UPS or USPS, it takes some time for those two companies to update their tracking info. An expected arrival date is usually updated on the UPS or USPS tracking code the evening or morning after the tracking code is created. Be patient, and check the next morning.


How are my credit card and personal info protected?
