One of the most highly anticipated and hyped handguns in the Firearms Community. When demoed at Shot Show, it received substantial attention from the Firearms Community due to its low bore-axis and 1911 style trigger out of a striker fired handgun. Every review I saw hyped the heck out of that trigger and smooth recoil.
The question is whether it actually lives up to the hype or not. After a few delays in manufacturing, the Hudson H9 is finally here.
John from Active Self Protection gives this hyped pistol a review.
First impressions, this is a heckuva gun
The Hudson H9 certainly seems to be living up to the hype when it comes to the quality of the trigger and the minimal felt recoil and muzzle flip. The game changing design certainly seem to be delivering as promised. John did experience one failure to eject, so now we need to see some community endurance testing to see if reliability issues are common, or just a few here and there like any other handgun.
